I have paid through apple iTunes, cannot see an option to cancel auto-renewal on the app?

Apple subscriptions can only be managed from your Apple ID, not inside FastTV.
 • Open Settings on your iPhone
 • Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
 • Tap Subscriptions
 •
Select FastTV
 •
Tap Cancel Subscription (or manage auto-renewal) After you cancel, you’ll usually keep access until the end of the current billing period.
