I got an error while making the payment. How do I know if the payment was successful?
Open Profile (or Settings) and go to Subscription or Manage Subscription to check your status. If you see your subscription as Active, your payment went through and you can keep watching. If it’s not active, you can try again from the Subscribe screen. If your bank shows a debit for a failed payment, it usually gets reversed automatically within 7–10 working days.
